Local Pickup
In-store pickup is available everyday 12pm-9pm. Orders are typically packed within 1 hour of receipt, and can be picked up on the same day.
*All shipping labels are printed exactly as provided by customer. Customer bears responsibility for fees/damages incurred for invalid or incorrect mailing addresses.*
Shipping (Ontario)
Free shipping is available Ontario-wide on orders totaling $149 (CAD) or more, before tax. Orders totaling under $149 will have a flat-fee of $13.50 applied for shipping. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. The default shipping service is Canada Post Expedited (1-6 business days).
Shipping (Rest of Canada)
Free shipping is available Canada-wide on orders totaling $149 (CAD) or more, before tax. Orders totaling under $149 will have a flat-fee of $18.50 applied for shipping. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. The default shipping service is Canada Post Expedited (2-9 business days).
Returns
Sealed product can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. All refunds are issued by the same method as originally paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to complete on your credit card.
Sealed product can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchases can be exchanged for other items or gift cards.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning product to the store. Once an item is received, a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. If the order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
