Raveneye Officers are primarily communications specialists tasked with overseeing the Raveneye Orbital Complex, though their official duties involve managing Shimmering Sky, a nanotech-based terraforming system suspended within Concilium’s atmosphere. The complex also functions as a surveillance platform for air and ground traffic, a fact widely known within military circles, but it also boasts orbital and surface attack capabilities, which is only disclosed to top-tier intelligence officials. While this project is a collaborative effort between Bureau Aegis and the Concilium Planetary Defense Force, there are rumors that some of the Starmada personnel involved may have ties to Bureau Noir. Raveneye Officers have direct access to the complex's systems, enabling them to control both the monitoring devices and defense artillery, allowing them to launch devastating attacks on any unauthorized aircraft entering Concilium's airspace.

Each Officer is equipped with a neural interface system comprising three components: a helmet that integrates most of the system’s functions, a compact backpack that powers the suit and regulates temperature (which can also be carried by hand for pod boarding), and a data suit that enhances their ability to multitask in complex operations.

All Raveneye Officers are not only qualified engineers skilled in communications and systems management but also trained in naval gunnery. They undergo rigorous tactical training, particularly in counter-boarding procedures, preparing them for potential assignments aboard battleships, whether within the Starmada or the allied forces of the Concilium Coordinated Command.
